What to include in a bug report
- Your platform: Android or web browser.
- The class and subclass you were using.
- The room number, mode and whether you were solo or multiplayer.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
Privacy and leaderboard requests
For privacy requests, mention whether your question relates to the website, browser game, Android app, advertising, multiplayer or leaderboard. For leaderboard name issues, include the exact display name and the room reached if you know it.
Do not send passwords, payment information or sensitive personal data. Dungeon Delvers does not need that information to investigate normal support requests.
Community
The Discord community is useful for sharing runs, reporting bugs, asking quick gameplay questions and following development updates.
Email is better for privacy, policy, takedown or account-related requests because it creates a clearer support trail.
